Big plus is they don't work commission, so you don't have to worry about them hounding you. Good selection of rugs, which is what intent for, and decent prices. No complaints.

Our sales person Beatrice was very helpful and we love the Tallulah sofa we purchased. A great value. When the sofa was delivered and unwrapped, there was a little bit of dirt on it from the factory, which can happen. The real test of company is how they handle it. They immediately offered to replace the entire sofa and shout out to AJ in customer service who got off the customer chatline and called me directly and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Impressive company, and very fashionable products!

Unbelievably poor experience with online delivery. Several of the items and their delivery were outsourced to a third party drop shipper. The third party drop shipper did not communicate any of the delivery dates to me and delivered with no prior notice. Additionally, at checkout there was no readily apparent information that indicated that full service delivery was not applied to all items in the cart. Despite paying for full service delivery at the time of placing the order, I was then requested to pay an additional fee for scheduling the delivery. For any customers wishing to make an online order, I implore you to exercise extreme caution in reading all of the devilish details within their contracts. I visited this store location not long prior to this experience and was lulled into a false sense of security by the otherwise pleasant and responsive customer service provided on location.
