I bought a fine frame for a wedding present, very fragile and heavy and there was no box with it, I don't understand how Hallmark doesn't have a box for a gift like that. I have to go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby just to get a box to wrap it. It's just inconvenient, and I went there because in my mind Hallmark is the whole package.
