My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our furniture purchase. Sebastian was very patient with us and provided very honest and knowledgeable information that helped us decide on the best choices for our needs. The entire staff was friendly and we never felt pressured to purchase as their focus was more towards finding the right selections versus making a sale.
We are moving soon and are in desperate need of a new couch and mattress, amongst other things. We went to Ashley’s furniture first and almost settled on a couch. We decided to wait to visit living spaces first and thank goodness!! First, living spaces has a far wider selection. They have more configurations, more styles, more comfort levels, and more color options. When we went to Ashley’s we were disappointed and were worried living spaces would be the same, but NOPE. We walked in and immediately found 3-5 couches we loved. So comfy, so many options and such great prices. We ended up ordering the Zone modular sofa and WOWOOWOWOW. This couch is comfy! It is plush and bouncy, deep and supportive. We cannot wait for our new couch to arrive.
Beware of outgassing from cheaply made products at Living Spaces. We bought the Felipe 6 Drawer Dresser at Living Spaces. It was delivered on August 4th 2025. The delivery guys dropped it off without opening the packing materials. When we opened it, we were hit with the smell of outgassing paint and glue fumes. Assuming it would clear when cleaned and aired out, we opened it up, cleaned it with water and vinegar and left it open to air. It is now October 6th and it is still outgassing paint and glue fumes. We tried water and vinegar. We tried backing soda. We tried charcoal. We left it outside, wide open, twice, each time for a week. It's better, but we still can't put clothes in it or keep it in our bedroom. If you buy from Living Spaces, do not let the delivery guys leave until you open the product. If it is outgassing fumes at all, send it back right then and there. I get it, you get what you pay for, but I can't believe they let products like this get to the consumer this way. The products is solidly constructed, but I will not be buying anything else from Living Spaces, knowing this can happen.
My favorite place to buy furniture. My living room and bedroom furniture was from Living Spaces. It was still in perfect condition after seven years then I lost it all in the fire. I plan on buying a sofa and some other things from Living Spaces again. Great Furniture! Great Prices! Photos taken at the store of a few things that caught my eye.
Excellent customer service ! I was so pleased with Coly Moreno in the Los Angeles store. She went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciated her telling me the history of Living Spaces and showing me a photo of the owner. I wasn’t aware it was a family owned business. I was also happy to hear about all of the mattress donations to LA Fire victims. These details made all the difference in me making a decision today to buy a couch, chair and ottoman! Coly also informed me about the credit card option which I qualified for. I can’t wait to have her assist me with my rug etc once furniture arrives on Saturday. SO FAST! I love that Living Spaces is now offering colorful vibrant colors in their collection! Way to go! Shout out to the manager, Belen who came to say hello and offered me a beverage. Very classy! Thank you! I’ll be back! 🛋️🙌🏽♥️
