Paid 150$ for a manicure, within 3 days every single nail lifted. I came back to get them fixed but the mani is now quite tragic since the lift left all my tips exposed and my nails have all suffered a chip. Instead of doing a little bit of a facelift on my chipped nails with some extension gel, my nail artist just redid the gel as if my nails weren’t compromised underneath. To me, this is lazy and not worthy of the 20% tip and already high price tag on the manicure. I also had to ask the artist to clean my nails, which to her meant use the electric tool to file my nails underneath the polish, even further weakening them. Why? We should be preserving my already damaged nails from the polish having lifted. All of the time and energy it took to have to return to the salon - it’s so frustrating to sit for two hours, have all your nails lift, then have to return and sit all over again. You expect to return maybe in 3 weeks, and you plan for this! This is precious time we allocate to maintaining ourselves that requires sacrifice and money, for those of us with busy schedules and jobs. If I were a salon owner and this happened to one of my clients, just getting your nails half fixed would not be enough and I would make sure my client also leaves with a gift card to make up for the time spent on the artists’ mistake. Yes mistakes happen, but every single nail lifting? Travel time in LA traffic, finding parking, cutting out over two hours of your day you could be spending studying or working? I am just disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon with Olesia and Aya. From start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable throughout my entire treatment. My nails were done with such gentle care, and every single thought or preference I had regarding color and shape was truly considered. They took their time, constantly reassured me, and checked in to make sure I was happy and comfortable, giving me the opportunity to change anything if needed, which I really appreciated. The salon atmosphere was quiet, calming, and relaxing. I absolutely love how my nails turned out and can’t wait to come back. Olesia and Aya are truly the best—exceptional technicians who provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a Russian pedicure, and this is already my third time — everything is always perfect! ✨ Excellent service, a beautiful salon, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I had different technicians each time, and they were all great professionals. Everyone speaks both Russian and English, which makes it very convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅

I came in for a classic lash set with Veronica, and she did a phenomenal job…exactly what I asked for. The staff were so kind, and the facility is chic and spotless. I’ll definitely be back!

I had eyebrow lamination here for the first time and people around me started complimenting my brows! My specialist was very talkative. She said she had 7 years of experiences doing brows. The process flows very naturally. It didn’t hurt most of the part, just that the waxing was a bit tingling. I never waxed before so my skin went red, but I didn’t have any irritations afterwards. The brows last a few week. Totally satisfied!
