Amazing selection and great customer service! I felt welcomed and had my questions answered very courteously. Paul Cushinberry was the sales associate that helped me and I’ve never experienced such amazing customer care. I’ll be back again for any lumber needs!

About two months ago, my wife and I started looking for new flooring. When we first walked into the store, we were greeted by Paul. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our (many) questions. He showed us a bunch of different options, and we ended up going with a laminate that was on sale. Paul made the whole process easy and stress-free. Halfway through the job, we realized we were short a few bullnose and some flooring. Antonio (the manager) jumped in and tracked down the bullnose at another store. Our son ended up driving 3 hours one way to pick them up, which kept the project moving. Two our of the five bullnose pieces turned out to be the wrong, but Antonio went out of his way to get the right ones ordered and into the warehouse within a week. Near the end, we also found out we were missing one final trim piece, and Antonio just gave it to us at no charge. You don’t see that kind of customer service very often. Big thanks to Paul and Antonio for all the help. You guys were awesome. We’ll definitely be recommending you!

Horrible experience. DO NOT buy your flooring here. The customer service is AWFUL. They lie and make false promises on timing and when you have scheduled a crew around this and they do not show up they don't call you to tell you it has been delayed. I had a crew on site for three days with no flooring to install! Costs me so much more for the lack of communication. Also they charged a LOT for delivery and I still had to drive over 2 hours to pick up my own flooring and they refuse to refund the delivery charge. 🤯 I am still waiting for a call back that was promised days ago....this is not the way they use to be. Things have changed for the worse! DO NOT BUY HERE!!
