Had CSC install systems at both my office and home — clean work and well-integrated setup. They walked me through camera placement options, handled the wiring neatly, and set up remote access on all my devices without a hitch. Everything's been running smoothly, and it's given me real peace of mind, especially with some recent travel and after-hours office access. The app interface is straightforward, and footage quality is sharp day and night. Good value for the level of coverage and support. Would recommend if you're looking for a no-nonsense, reliable security upgrade.

I contacted CSC for a quote and Israel came by within a day or two to give me a complete walkthrough. This was about an hour after another guy came by and the difference was night and day. Israel clearly knew his stuff and started planning the security camera placement as if he was protecting his own house, wife, and kids. Israel and his team helped me hook up 7 cameras and placed them all so I don't have a single blind spot on the exterior of the house. They also set me up with an NVR for local storage with remote cloud capabilities as well. All the work was basically done in a day, and it looks extremely clean, wires and cables tucked away nicely. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind, but CSC did it and it was a great value. We would recommend to anyone!

We purchased a Lorex camera system from Costco, and soon after opening the box realized that we did not possess the time nor energy to attempt a DIY install. I couldn't even begin to wrap my head around how I would route the cables, power needs, etc. I reached out to 4-5 different companies and literally CSC was the only one to actually get back to me. Is it because we already purchased our own cameras? What's up with that? Anyway, their loss... My first point of contact was with Priscila through both phone and email. She was always kind and helped me set up the initial (free) consultation for an estimate with Israel, the owner. Israel showed up right on schedule and immediately got to work, walking around the house with me and giving his recommendations on camera placements/angles, types of cables to use, routing, conduit piping, etc. Although it was a short meeting, he obviously knew what he was talking about and put me at ease with any concerns I may have had. A few days later, I received the price estimates and to be perfectly honest I sat on it for a few weeks due to my own procrastination (but I was also kind of holding out hope that one of the other companies would actually get back to me so I could at least have a comparison point). Priscila was again very helpful in following up with me and accommodating with scheduling conflicts. We set a date and time for the installation and Abraham and Carlos were both right on time. They reconfirmed the camera placements with me and got to work right away. Instead of using the cables that were included in the box, they smartly suggested using their CAT5E cables to make it easier for future upgrades. Additionally, they set up a junction box and powered each camera individually, so if you have a power failure only one camera goes out and not all of them. On top of that, if you have the paint, they will even use it to paint over the conduit piping so that everything blends in with your home. The whole installation process took about 7-8 hours and they made sure everything was up and running before leaving. A few days later, Israel came by for the scheduled final inspection and to make minor adjustments to the camera angles. As I understand it, they do not offer equipment support when you purchase your own cameras. However, Israel went the extra mile to make sure I understood all the features, functions, and settings - even waiting while I called Lorex because I idiotically forgot the password we had set for the DVR (facepalm). I believe in supporting small local family-owned businesses whenever possible (especially during these tough times), and CSC made my decision a no-brainer. Israel, Priscila, Abraham and Carlos all deserve shout outs and many, many thanks. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future (already considering adding two more cameras...) and would definitely mention them to friends and family looking for camera services.

After I had a break-in in my home, I shopped around for different companies to install cameras around my property. I was really impressed by the courtesy and prompt service. They worked with the HOA in providing necessary documents and adhering to their rules. I highly recommend this company, they are very knowledgable and work with you to find the best product for your home and the installation was very efficient, and their work is immaculate.
