Update: The technician did a thorough inspection and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Thank you. The company needs to work on their communication. I'm very disappointed in the service. The technician came once almost a month ago. He put traps down, and never came back to check them. I contacted the company directly, and they have been no help. My first e-mails was redirected to the technician by customer support. But no answer. My second email hasn't even been answered two days later. And the worst part I payed over $400 and almost a month later he didn't even manage to get rid of the mice. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service. I called them in July 2024 to come do a treatment at one of the properties. Technician came for just a visit and spend almost an hour just to do quote and didn't even do a treatment. Tried to call back and schedule the treatment and was told no one was available. Went to competitor where I paid almost 300$ more. Worst part I received a bill for the full treatment even do they never came. Spent months with AP to try and resolve this and was even threatened to be taken to collections for a service they never did. Finally I was told they would adjust my invoice but I'm still being charged a fee for the technician coming back in July 2024 that I needed to pay his time when they didn't even do the treatment and they made the mistakes on my file more than once. Spoke to Manager and he wouldn't do anything, ask to speak to higher and he refused. Dont recommend using this company.

Best company ever! Sorry for taking so long for writing this review, but me say this. You people know how to communicate with distressed clients and get the job done without trying to make maximum profit. The issue has been resolved and it’s been 3 years since. Thank you again!
