Got my first cleaning with them on Christmas Eve. I was super pleased that I scheduled them to come back today 1/20. Well…. No at all on how it was the first time. Even my 7 year old came home and said did anyone come to clean? I did communicate with someone via text and sent pictures. The person did say they would have the ladies come back and correct it. My husband said “it should’ve been done correct the first time, no reason to inconvenience us.” Honestly, it would just feel awkward to have them come back after getting reprimanded. We chose to leave it at that and find someone else. My husband is trying to relieve some stress off of me not give me more. Coming home and seeing it look pretty much as if it was untouched. They sent a link to review for 12/24 and honestly I don’t write reviews but I feel like this should be shared. Don’t be shocked if the cleaning isn’t the same the 2nd time around. This is my first time with a cleaning service, time to look elsewhere.

Maid in Hoboken was professional, kind and offered competitive pricing from the get go. I enjoyed my experience with them and Sandra did a fantastic job with the apartment’s move-out cleaning. The apartment is sparkling clean and there is absolutely no harsh chemical smell. I will consider booking Maid in Hoboken again for regular cleaning of my new apartment.

I’ve used several cleaning services in the past, but Maid in Hoboken has truly stood out as the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Laura’s customer service was exceptional. She was responsive, warm, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Yeni and Juana, who handled the cleaning, were outstanding. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they took such great care with every part of my home. They were also incredibly friendly and patient with my son, who kept trying to chat with them the whole time. Instead of being bothered, they were kind and engaging, they even tried to teach him some new words in Spanish, which meant a lot to me. The overall experience was beyond impressive, and I genuinely felt my home was in the hands of people who care about their work. I highly recommend Maid in Hoboken and especially appreciate the amazing service from Laura, Yeni, and Juana.

We’ve used Maid in Hoboken more than five times now, and every single experience has been fantastic. This was the first time using a cleaning service and I am not disappointed! Just wow! My condo is sparkling clean. Ever since I had a newborn I have found it more difficult to find the time to clean like I used to. I got the deep clean. It took 3+ hours and the team left my place in incredible shape. I even asked them to clean my windows outside the balcony and they are as clean as they were when I first moved in. Thanks for everything! I will be using this service again and it’s so nice to enjoy my clean home.
