Excellent customer service was on full display today as the store's employees calmly and professionally handled a very difficult customer. Despite offering multiple resolution options, the customer, clearly trying to provoke a confrontation, resorted to name-calling and unreasonable demands. Aside from that incident, the store itself offers a variety of unique items that make great gifts for loved ones, or even a treat for yourself!

I have been to this shop several times over the past 8 years or so. It's located in my favorite neighborhood. One of the best things here is the carefully curated book collection. I always find something wonderful. I've also purchased gifts for friends. There are many beautiful and unique items. Lovely shop!

Please get out there and support your local businesses! I was in the neighborhood looking for a housewarming gift and the employees here did a wonderful job helping me. They also offer complimentary wrapping! My friends love tea, so I was able to pick from a huge selection of high quality french teas. The shop has a number of items that make great gifts or additions to anyone's home. I highly recommend a visit.

A great place for gift-shopping, if a bit pricey. Caution: do not enter if clumsy! The aisles are teeny tiny and the shelves are loaded with fancy ceramics. But they have a really good tea selection, and lots of crafts by local artists. Great high end housewares - a fine place to find a housewarming gift.
