I totally don't understand why all the meat was not hot at all, make me feels like it just taken out of fridge and reheated by microwave. When I arrived there's not so many people inside so the kitchen should have enough to cook, but they are truly providing me with cold(around 40 degrees) steak, pork and sausage. I'll see the best thing on the plate was the potato. The arancini is ok, a bit too wet inside but at least it is hot enough freshly fried. 3 years ago went here for Christmas party and at that time everything was good in quality, but it now make itself from a quality restaurant into an average countr bar. But I'll still kindly reminder, don't serve cold beef marrow to anyone, if the tempature is not enough, go back to your kitchen, put it in your oven, heat it, and then you can serve it. The only reason why I didn't give 1 star was because the services guys are friendly enough amd I don't want to make them feeling bad before Christmas.

We were staying at the Avenue hotel and ate here for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and hard to fault. I really enjoyed their espresso cookies, Mexican beans, wilted spinach, grilled tomato, portobello mushrooms, Greek yoghurt, freshly cut mango, sourdough toast. The only thing missing was barista coffee and freshly squeezed juice. Coffee was available but from an all in one machine. Friendly service and a good chef. Would highly recommend.

Marble & Grain in Canberra is absolutely outstanding! The steaks were cooked beautifully, and the sides of greens and Brussels sprouts were just as impressive. Their wine list is excellent too — I paired my meal with a great red that really topped off the experience. What truly made the night special though was the service. Choki was an absolute standout — fast, polite, and completely professional. Even when one of the steaks came out a little under medium rare, her exceptional service made it a complete non-issue. She genuinely turned a great dinner into a perfect one. Perfect for a date, family dinner, or a night out with friends. Highly recommend Marble & Grain — and especially Choki outstanding service!

Didn't book and they didn't have a table for one at the restaurant side so dined at the bar side. Steak was well done enjoyed it much. Paris mash was nice , although better if it came in single portions (or maybe that is a single portion in Australia!). All in a nice dinner and can add it on my go-to steak places in Canberra

Great food and friendly service! The steak was perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious, and our kids loved the fish & chips. Staff were attentive and even gave the kids adorable koala backpacks — such a lovely surprise!
