Went to get my wedding dress hemmed and a bustle added. They were both perfectly done and the service was amazing! Highly recommend!!!

The price of another three piece suit, but it's better than just leaving it hanging in the closet.It took awhile to complete, ( one month) from size 46 to size 40, but the work was excellent.Some family members thought I had lost weight. Great fit!

It was expensive, I got a text saying my order was finished, but it wasn't. It wasn't done until a month later, and it still didn't fit right. I doubt she even did anything. It would have been more efficient to just burn $200.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. Be'trice is a lovely woman but I find her business practice to be unacceptable. I brought in 5 items to be altered. I had a few slacks that needed hemming as well as a shirt that needed top buttons added. I dropped off the clothing mid April with the plan to pick them up before my surgery mid May. That gave Be'trice a month. I received a call the week of my surgery stating she had fallen behind and would need more time. I informed her of my surgery and told her I would be recovering at home for 2 weeks. We settled on a June pick up. That day came and went. Not only did she forget that I was coming but my clothes were also not touched. She apologized and asked for an additional two weeks. I returned two weeks laters during a business day to find the shop wasn't open. Frustrated, I returned the next day to find that she once again had forgotten that I was coming by and that she had yet to start working on my clothes. Minds you, I dropped my clothes off in mid April and it was now mid June. I told her I'd be back in two days and that I was picking up my clothes whether they were completed or not. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend. She continually forgot about my appointments, was hard to get in touch with and made excuses for not having my wedding dress complete. She ended up completing my bustle as I sat and waited in her store because she forgot I was coming to pick up that day. The bustle was poorly secured and broke several minutes into my wedding reception. :(
