Worst salon and experience ever! I had been going to the salon for about a year and went a handful of times but the last appointment was horrible. I didn’t get what I asked for and was completely blown off by the manager. They had no consideration for how bad my hair looked and acted as if it was my fault. The never called me back or replied to my email regarding my concerns. The first pictures are of what I asked for and the rest are how my hair looked. I paid $345 for that, there is no way that is $345 work. That was complete bull, don’t go to this salon.

I started going to Jody about a year ago. My hair was sad and dying at the time. Every cut, color, and product she has done and recommended since has got my hair so healthy and looking great. Love going to her, I absolutely trust Jody to know what will compliment my face shape and skin tone. Never disappointed. Just got my hair done yesterday and I am super happy again. Never a dull conversation either!! Great person and stylist!!

Monica is phenomenal! I came in with long, ultra thick hair to my lower back and hadn't had a cut it over a year. She took time to really understand my vision, ask great questions, and share insights on what would look best with my hair type and routine preferences. Her approach allowed for us to check in as we went and get a feel for it. Plus she's super down to earth and was a joy to chat with! I highly recommend Monica, especially for folks with thick and long hair. I am obsessed with my haircut and will be going back regularly for trims 😍

Great salon! (First time getting my hair done in 15yrs.) My daughter and I both got our hair done. They did an amazing job. We both got cuts as well as extra services.

BAD customer service, rude, unprofessional employees including the senior ones. They don’t listen to the customers, don’t care about customers concerns, and just ready to chop your hair the way they want, and the style they want. You need to schedule an appointment, and still need to wait for almost an hour. They don’t think that cleanliness is important or cleaning after the previous customers is important, so they will be seating you on the chair which is dirty previously. They won’t pick up your call, and will never return your calls or voicemails, so don’t leave any. Their prices are skyrocketing, but unfortunately for a poor quality job, also their materials are not trustworthy, so be careful before letting them use it on your hair do ask them the side effects. My experience was not good at all, and I was very frustrated, and disappointed because they canceled my appointment, and then rescheduled without letting me know , so when I arrived, then I was told about it, but it was late because I drove for 35 minutes. But while I was there see a couple of mad customers, so glad I wasn’t their incompetency victim. Shame on you incompetent people 🤥🤥
