While heading out to work on a Monday morning, I discovered that my car had been broken into and my airbag was stolen, overnight. I filed a claim with my insurer and chose Metro Motor as my body shop. Getting my car repaired at this shop was the silver lining of this experience. Their team was empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my car back, repaired and cleaned, by Friday of the same week. Thanks again!
This shop did such a great job on my car I promised I'd leave a review for them. Car was damaged from being sidelined at a merging lane. The car looked and drove better than what I remember. They worked directly with my insurance which made it easy. They also let me make multiple payment methods as I didn't realize I reached a daily credit limit and while inspecting the vehicle, they proactively offered to buff off a few scrapes and scratches where it wasn't impacted by the accident
The staff are a wonderful group of professionals. They did a fantastic job on my partner Anthony’s Mazda 3. The work was such that one can’t even tell if it was in an accident. We selected Metro Motors based on other reviews and they dis not disappoint. Very please with the work and would highly recommend this company
It is very stressful when you are involved in an accident -- someone recently hit my truck when it was parked. Luckily, they were honest and reported the incident. I then had to find a reputable collision center. I checked out several collision repair shops in the DC area, and I felt Metro Motors was the best option: because they examined the damage and clearly explained what needed to be done to bring my truck back to its original state and how long it would take. They even gave me a tour of their facility and showed me their work on other vehicles. I was impressed they were working on many fleet vehicles and vehicles from the federal government. During the process, communication was excellent t: they texted detailed photos of the repair progress, and they took care of communication with the insurance company and submitted supplements for the necessary work. The repairs were completed early, and my truck was even better than before. It is stressful when you car has been damaged, and finding a collision center that you can trust is important. I am hope I am never involved in another collision, but if it happens again, I would not hesitate to return to Metro Motor Collision Repair. I am thankful that I found them!
10/10 Service – Highly Recommend! I recently had some collision repair work done at this shop in DC and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Karim, the specialist I worked with, was awesome—extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and down to earth. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Although the repair took a bit longer than originally anticipated, it was only because they discovered some additional work that needed to be done and had to order parts to ensure everything was fixed properly. The extra time was worth it—my car looked like new when I picked it up. At pickup, I was helped by Bakr, who I later found out is the owner. You wouldn’t have guessed it because he was just as friendly and approachable as everyone else. He even suggested some tasteful cosmetic mods for my BRZ and offered to arrange a pickup for my Enterprise rental to save me the hassle of making another trip. This place goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for those mods!
