Pushed the delivery back by months, no refund possible. When I went there, someone was also providing a formal notice for the same reasons. I should have known. I'm making one of my own as we speak based on the recommendation of the Office du protection du consommateur.

In response to RD Furniture about my complaint (indicated below): No you are NOT truely sorry as I addressed my problem clearly at least two times and all I got from you is to take care of it myself. When I came to your store before posting my complaint, the seller told me if I send an email I would receive the same response. I already wasted enough time on this. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Extremely bad after-sale service. They sold me a furniture without any hole underneath for the screws to mount the supports. Once they told me it is the manufacturer defect , another time they told me it is how it is supposed to be. They changed their words a few times. They were not consistent in addressing my issue and did not try to help. I felt like like they just wanted to get rid of me. They never mentioned that the supports are this way when I bought the sofa. Their attitude toward customers is quite arrogant.
