Always a phone place to go.. today my errand was to get a custom mat and glass to mount and and hang by Mom's original diamond art picture. The person who helped me I wish I remembered her name. She was really awesome!

No regard for safety/sanitation. Went in to pick up some things and as we were finishing at the self-checkout we noticed one of us had a cut on our finger that was actively bleeding and had smeared on the receipt. Since we had just used a touchscreen and touchpad, we called over to ask if they had anything to wipe it down in case blood had got on it. One employee went to check and came back to say no, but that there were paper towels he could use to wipe it down. I tried asking if maybe there was some hand sanitizer or something since blood is a biohazard and wiping it with dry paper towels wouldn't be enough. This time it was another employee and she turned around exasperated and said "no, they don't give me enough of a budget for that" and turned back to the balloon order she was filling. Thankfully there was no concern of a blood-born pathogen but it is very concerning that they don't have anything to clean and sanitize their store. Management/corporate should make sure that basic sanitation is part of their budget.

The store wasn't stocked well with new craft supplies. I'm spoiled from shopping in Michaels in Burleson Texas
