Good store overall. Like most places nowadays it can be difficult to find help. I appreciate the rewards program and always look for coupons or rebates in my email. Just funny sometimes when a coupon is “online only” and I have to sit in the parking lot and make my purchase in my phone to be delivered to the drive up spot. Easier if the store just honors the online coupon. But thanks for a good selection and for taking on some of the things from Joanne’s

I always have such a great experience getting custom framing done at this Michael’s! Zoe and Ricky helped me out today and were absolutely awesome—they helped me frame my new artwork, and it turned out beautifully. Every detail is perfect! Highly recommend visiting this location if you need custom framing done.
