I come here often with no issues but I just gave one star since I went in today at 11:30 and saw everything had a cone in front of it so I was unable to get a car wash. The sign said 8am-6pm so it should have been open. Just a little confused. Google Maps said open too. Update: Come here often and is a good car wash. There is no signage when they are closed due to temps and would be nice to know. Either a sign somewhere or update google maps would be nice.

Midway Express Car Wash — Today we stopped by to wash our car. There was a long line, so we selected and paid for the most expensive wash for $19 at the payment kiosk at the entrance. However, we clearly received only a mid-level wash, not the premium one we paid for. We come here frequently and we know exactly how each wash package looks (premium vs. mid vs. basic) because we have purchased all of them many times. Today it felt like the operator rushed the cars through due to the high volume and did not provide the service we paid for. Also, the payment kiosk did NOT print a receipt. Normally it should print a receipt showing the date and the amount paid. Without a receipt, customers can’t easily prove what they paid for or address issues immediately. Please make sure the kiosk is stocked with paper and working properly. This was extremely disappointing and unfair. Please monitor your staff and ensure customers receive the wash package they actually pay for. We will not be returning after this experience.

The car wash scratched up my hood - called the car wash. Matt told me to come down so he could have a look. Brought my car down there and showed him what his car wash did. He insisted it wasn't his wash. Cool. Called me down to just tell me I'm wrong? Thanks. Great customer service.

I went here for the first time. I happened to be in the area for a car wash. I got the ultimate, wash was ok, but it broke the mirror on my truck. I talked to an attendant, then filled out a form, and one of the attendant took some pictures. They said to talk to the manager when he gets back Monday. Didn’t here anything for over two weeks. I called after having my mirror. I fixed. I had to have it, I haul trailers and materials for my job. He then told me this was the first he was hearing of it. And that I would have to come in so he could see my pick up. I told him that I live in Minneapolis not in St. Paul and it is a good 20 min one way and the opposite of the direction I drive for work. He didn’t care! Insisted that he needed to see the vehicle in person. Why? I have pictures I can show you, didn’t want them. I assume this is the standard tactic to not have to pay for damages. I am very disappointed, with the service I received. Oh I double checked there was no signs about vehicles being too big or folding in your mirrors. So I bought a car wash that cost me 5 hundred dollars and two days without my pick up. And then I have to drive back to get it made right!!! I don’t think so. Try again midway.
