Brought in a Mercedes S 580 that I am assisting a family member to sell. The car had numerous stains in the interior and a couple of scuffs on the exterior paint, as well as stickers in the back window that needed to be removed. Steamclean did an amazing job!!! The car looks and smells like it's fresh off the car lot. The customer service was amazing as well, the owner took the time to walk me around the car and show me the issues that can not be solved by detailing, such as chips in the paint from pebbles on the highway. This was helpful as I will be meeting with potential buyers and I now know where any potential issues are that they may point out. The scuffs in the paint were gone, you could not tell that they had ever been there. The interior is flawless now and there were coffee stains and numerous other unidentifiable stains when I brought it in. This is a great family owned business and they deserve your business. The pricing is honest and fair and the people running it are clearly dedicated to making your car look great. Highly recommended!

The date I took my Audi s5 in for a interior clean and "detail" was 3/4/2026. They did interior detailing and cleaning, salt removal. And odor removal. The "detail" I got other than the main parts of the seats seems more like a wipe down than a detail. If im paying for a detail I want a detail. Not a wipe down. The seats were decently clean but after pointing a few things out quickly visible during pick-up they cleaned what I pointed out. The creases in my leather and stitches are still dirty. The salt removal was decent. Could still see some white in some places. Carpet and fabrics on the rear seats at the trunk is still dirty. The biggest reason why I put 1 star is because they left an ozone machine in my car overnight. I thought they said "2 to 4 hours" NOT 24 hours! Their website says 30 minutes. O zone machines are very dangerous and quickly breaks down plastics, rubbers, and electronics within 4 hours. I'm afraid it has already done damage to some of the sensitive electronics on my Audi. I can smell the burning electronics and plastic smell even after 5 days of airing the car out. Also without airing out the ozone before I got in to drive it home, I got very sick. If it continues by the end of the week I will have to take bigger actions for the poisoning. I will NOT be bringing my car back here. It did damage to my car and my health.

I would definitely use them again. I brought my car for an interior clean and they did such an amazing job. They stayed open late to finish the work. The car interior turned out so much better than I expected. Thank you so much.

I took my car to get steamcleaned for the first time to get rid of water and mold. After calling to confirm if my car was good to be picked up after waiting a few days, I found that there was a ((P))! sensor issue with my car as soon as I backed it out of their garage. Not understanding the problem, and being worried that it could be a deeper issue, I told the lady that my car wasn't like this during drop off and she said, "yeah, you didn't drop off your car like that" and told me to wait while she took pictures to send to the guy. What disappointed me was the lack of transparency up until I picked up my car with the error ((P))! popping up and being told that I can drive it then take it back for it to be looked at.. I said that I will not be driving my car around with that issue without knowing the real cause so I left my car there. I had sent out an insurance agent to check up on my car after the cleaning was done. After I noticed the problem with my car, I called the agent on what he saw and did during his review. He had noted that he turned on the car and found an error come up on my dashboard. He asked the lady and she said it was already there (which it wasn't when I dropped it off). Owner said he didn't know of it and accused me of "assuming" that they hid the problem from me. I found it odd that the lady would say the error was like that when the agent asked her, then say that my car did not get dropped off like that when I notified her of it. At the end, it's within the businesses scope to ensure a customers car is dropped off the same way it's being picked up. Both times I went, he wasn't even there to talk about it face to face to clear up any misunderstandings. With the sensor issue, I had to go to a mechanic and confirm that there wasn't anything else wrong with my car. Thankfully, no electric issue was seen. The cleaning of my car was good but the customer service could be improved. I left my car in their trust but left feeling more anxiety over the whole problem.

Great service, so helpful and friendly. My car has NEVER looked this good, and the price was lower than anywhere else I researched. They went out of their way to take care of my car. Highly recommend.
