Great experience overall! The staff was super friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable the whole time. The place was clean and the treatment was quick with minimal discomfort. I’m already seeing results and would definitely recommend this place!

Sade did my laser hair removal today (December 2nd, 2025), and she is by far the best nurse I’ve had at Milan. She’s gentle, detail-oriented, and makes every session so comfortable. I highly recommend the Milan Laser Hair Removal location at 6464 E NW Hwy, exceptional service every time.

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Laser hair removal is all they do, so the staff really are experts. They made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Their machines are also top of the line and blow cold air during your treatment so, for me personally, there wasn’t any discomfort. Absolutely wonderful and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Professionalism I arrived for my scheduled laser hair removal appointment 25 mins early only to find out it had been canceled without any notification. I received the original appointment confirmation email but never received any cancellation notice. When I brought this up, the assistant manager did not greet or welcome me, and she was unable to see when the appointment was canceled. She stated that she doesn’t handle scheduling or cancellations, which was surprising given her role. Not only did she fail to take any ownership of the issue, but she also didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, she couldn’t tell me which nurse practitioner would be seeing me for the rescheduled appointment… something the clinic has always communicated clearly in the past. This lack of basic communication and accountability is concerning, especially for such an intimate medical spa service where trust and professionalism are essential. I’ve been a patient here for some time, but this experience made me question whether management has changed. The overall lack of organization and care made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a client. For a medical spa, this is uncomfortable. I sincerely hope they address these issues, but as of now, I’m very disappointed.
