Upon purchasing a dress I was not notified of their non sensible 7 day return warning. The dress was unworn, ribbon tag still attached, not even scents of perfume or anything it was acceptable condition for a return. These policies is what keeps the brand in business. The girls at the counter were very dismissive towards the situation with an attitude saying there was nothing they could do except I come back to talk to manager following day. Fitting rooms were dirty and the carpet is stained and worn out which is not representative of a “high quality brand”. This company is trying to show off as high quality “luxury”brand when it’s not worth the worn price. In detail one can see the sew stitching overlap on lace fabric that complicates the design. I did have a pleasant experience trying on garments with a stylist, however, when I tried the dress on at home before travel it was too short to be wearable in public and I couldn’t zip it myself so I thought I can’t wear this for my purpose I intended. I was suggested to get a smaller size by the associate. I had an extended stay at home due to family complications so I couldn’t return it in that 7 day policy even if I knew about it in the first place. I will never get another outfit here again it’s not worth the hype. No store credit is offered. Other brands that are much more reputable have better policies.

I was looking for a dress for NYE and I saw this store in SoHo. It’s perfect for anyone wants to buy a party dress. And all the girls working there are so nice, Brenda helps me to find the perfect dress and help me to zip up haha. Definitely a great place for party dresses and the price is reasonable!

I flew in from Atlanta just to come here. I called ahead of time. Spoke to Symone, she found the dress I needed and put it to the side for me. I walk in and instantly was showered with so much love and cheer. The store is clean and beautifully arranged. Another employee zipped me up! Symone was just as helpful over the phone as she was in person. Definitely an amazing experience & will be back soon to shop again. I bought the Jaslene Mahogany Ruched Peplum Plunge Halter Midi Dress. In the size Medium.

My experience was really great! Needed to browse around for a few selections for my birthday dinner, and Chantel was able to assist me with the pieces I needed. She checked me out, and gave me very helpful advice on what colors to look out for. Very beautiful interior too. Would definitely recommend.
