We got the lamb rib which was a tiny amount for $31…. But it was well seasoned and tasty! I didn’t like the chili chicken either ($21) but my partner liked it so it’s really dependent on the person. Felt a bit steep for a casual spot and for what feels like small to medium portions.

The food was great—bold flavors, well executed, and definitely memorable. Staff was friendly, attentive, and kept things moving smoothly without making us feel rushed. The space itself adds to the charm. It feels relaxed, lively which makes it a great spot for a casual meal or a night out with friends. Mission Chinese Food delivers on vibe, food, and service, we’ll definitely be back.
A unique take on Chinese-Jewish fusion, with a dining room reminiscent of the Lower East Side (New York City). Chongqing Chicken Wings are deep-fried and fragrantly spicy; the crispy tripe add-on is an absolute must. Crispy Golden Mountain Roll is a pleasant surprise, as the crisp comes from spring roll hiding beneath a fresh rice noodle layer. Tingly Mapo Tofu is an all-around crowd pleaser; when enjoyed with white rice, the meal closes with a satisfying comfort. Not your typical Chinese — but, hands-down a winner for its culinary uniqueness.
went there on Sunday night right when it opened. Not much of a crowd but noticed there was a lot of to go orders laid out. Had the brisket beef and chinese broccoli, salted cod fried rice, spicy string beans, pastrami kung pao and hot and sour soup. With the exception of the hot and sour soup which was good/not great the other dishes were fantastic. They all were slightly different in a good way....I mean...pastrami kung pao and brisket broccoli???loved it! Definitely coming back to try more!!
It is a strange place and the food is a twist of classic chinese... well, different for certain. But overall tasty. We had the fried garlic rice, cold noodle with peanut sauce, hot & sour soup, pork belly and fried lamb dumplings. My favorite was the pork belly, but it came with strange presentation with pineapple which wss just watery. Not sure if I'm coming back. But overall nice experience and we enjoyed the meal.
