I am very satisfied with how friendly and reasonable the mechanics were. They were prompt and available to service my car within 24 hours. Definitely gave me the ability to relax and let them handle the belt for my car. Thank you!!!!

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but the customer service here is some of the worst I’ve dealt with. Called yesterday and said they would get back to me right away. Didn’t text me for 4 hours. That was fine I know people get busy. But then today I messaged again and they said they can’t give out quotes cause their system is down. I didn’t reply. Then they messaged saying it was still down. What kind of rebuttal company has a system down all morning. so I made a joke saying “ well if any of the guys wanna take a side job I’ll pay cash haha” obviously joking with the person. Then they reply saying “oh you probably can’t afford a shop price anyways if you want someone to do it on the side” literally caught me off guard with the disrespect. I’m not sure who the person was as they didn’t want to give me their name, but whoever is taking calls for this shop is literally making people walk away from doing business with them. I’m not sure if the owner knows how they are treating customers. The person that was rude messaged from the work phone on 11/12/25 at 12:20. Someone higher up needs to teach that person how to do customer service because they are interfering with the company income! Or simply fire that person and get someone that knows how to do it.

Our family is thankful to discover Mobile Mechanic Pros Reno. We’ve had to deal with a water pump issue- which involved the engine being removed, and spark plug repairs on our SUV this year. They’re there when you need them and consistently deliver great service.

everyone I interacted with was great… they were super knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any and all questions!! their diagnostic report was really helpful with explanations in terms. They were very communicative throughout the whole-experience, honest and forthcoming about prices and what to expect, and were overall great to work with.
