The customer service at Reno Volcanes is well above the current American standard for any business. They are more than helpful, extremely kind and accommodating, very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back there time again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Went in today for front brakes on 11/17/26. I was quoted a price of $824.45 for front brake pads and rotors. MY ROTORS ARE COMPLETELY FINE. I'm not sure how they came up with this number (I have an idea but I won't say) but it was outrageous. I drove 6 miles down the road and received similar service for ⅓ of the cost. Price gouging at it's finest. NEVER AGAIN

This is one of a few Reno originals. While the place has been open since Reno was 40k people, this place has maintained a very high level of service. They remember you, they maintain the level of service you require, and they are very consistent. Me loves Reno volcanizing works. It's the first service center I ever knew in 1960s, and I still one of the best though I have used dozens of others over the years.
