I bought a sofa here and it started creaking right away, anytime my family or I would sit on it it would make this creaking sound. We told them this and they were going to supposedly fix it and sent in and technician who then had it delivered to do repairs, now instead what happens is it was brought back not only broken with the bottom frame basically falling off but it started making the noise again. I don’t understand how a big company like this that charges as much as it does for its product can have such bad quality and I’m just really so disappointed. I shouldn’t have to continually beg the workers to help me and have to make trip back after trip back for them to actually listen and do something and when they finally do there giving me worst quality stuff. I’m so disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend here at all.

Excellent shopping experience. Azim took the time to listen to what we needed, showed us around to the options available, then left us alone to think it all over. Very chill and supportive at the same time. Deeply appreciate him. The loveseat we bought fits our needs and space, at almost a third of the price of the competition. Would recommend to anyone needing a reasonable piece of furniture at not stupid high prices. Thanks!
