Mr. B’s did a fantastic job, you can feel the results almost immediately! They are prompt, fast, thorough, and get the job done. Within an hour of Mr. B’s finishing our clean, we could tell a difference in our air. It feels cleaner and healthier, and I believe it will help with the severity of our allergies. Great job done and great customer service and care. When our two technicians came they were professionally and answered all my 3 year olds questions. In a turn of events our A/C unit went out 2 days later. I called just to ask them a question and WOW was their customer service amazing. They insisted (literally I told them multiple times it was fine) on wanting to come check the work to make sure nothing was wrong. And they did nothing wrong, just a coincidence it went out.. but still Mr. Bs team helped me navigate my own problem. 10/10 would recommend. They care and it showed in many ways.
The Tech’s from Mr. B’s were great! They showed up on time ready to work,. They informed me of what they needed to do and went to work. They did a good job of cleaning my ducts and made sure everything was neatly back in place before they left.
