My son has struggled with math for years — it’s always been his least favorite subject, and getting him to do his work has been a constant battle. Even though he’s a bright and capable kid, he’s never had the confidence nor motivation when it came to math. We were incredibly fortunate to find Mike (Mr PreAlgebra) who completely changed my son’s mindset in just one session. During that first lesson, my son completed nearly 100 problems — something I never thought I’d see! With each question, his confidence grew, and by the end of the session, he was beaming. When I asked how he felt afterward, he told me he felt inspired and empowered — words I’ve never heard from him about math before. There’s something truly magical about Mike’s way of teaching and connecting with students. He not only teaches math but also builds self-esteem and a genuine excitement for learning.
