I had an amazing experience working with Ping as a 2025 bride. For reference, I’m pretty short (5ft) with no curves, and both of my dresses were strapless, so I was very worried that they would slip down. I communicated all of my concerns with Ping, and I honestly can’t imagine anyone doing a better job. Both dresses had their waists fit me perfectly so that they wouldn’t slip down (and they did not!!). My main dress is also a bit complicated with 10+ layers of tulle. She tailored them perfectly symmetrical, they felt amazing to walk in and also in the photos!! It’s not just a matter of skill. Ping is honestly just such a sweet person, same with Susanna. I live outside the country, so I couldn’t visit as often to make fine adjustments, but they were super accommodating of that to make sure I don’t have to make more visits than necessary. They allowed me to come in earlier than their usual opening time so that I could try on the dress before my flight back home. It’s just such a warm and personal experience that made my wedding journey a bit more special.

A few weeks before my wedding, I needed major changes to my dress, and she transformed it in ways I didn’t even know were doable within such a short timeframe. Her pricing is very fair for the quality, care, and skill she puts into her work. You can tell she really loves what she does. I felt completely taken care of, and my dress turned out absolutely perfect for my big day. Highly, highly recommended!
What an absolutely amazing experience! Ping will exceed any and all expectations of yours. I had a completely lace, delicate wedding dress I brought to her after finding her on google. She’s patient, detailed, kind and has a real passion for what she does. I brought my very picky mother and MIL for the pick up appointment and she listened to their suggestions while collaborating on a solution with no ego. Ping feels more like family after only 3 visits! Can’t wait to bring her some many more of garments :D
