Customer service is good, great place for the kids it has an arcade area for the kids and adults. Price is reasonable. Had a good time.

I am so jealous Austin has a place like this! We are visiting from Boston for the holidays and were so pleased to learn this place was just a few minutes away and open on Xmas eve! It was amazing for our 14 month old who just learned to walk but is still quite wobbly. The toddler area is large and SO clean. More importantly, he had the freedom to play without fear of injury. We would 100000% recommend this place and looking forward to coming back again during our vacation. Enrique at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! Exactly the friendly face you want greeting visitors!

Been taking my baby for a bit now. He loves it every time we go. The staff is really sweet and nice. They explained everything to us the first time we went and got us all set up, really quickly which I enjoyed because my baby was super anxious to go play. The place is clean and I like that they have a separate area for babies/toddlers.

This is the best indoor kid entertainment place I've been to with my littles. The prices are extremely reasonable, decent selection of beers, huge play area big enough for adults to climb through, and the Gusty Gizmo air tubes and scarves contraption kept my kids entertained for a while. Just be cautious of what prize toys you pick for your kids. My older kid wanted the mini flashlight so I had to super glue the top on so my little one doesn't end up swallowing a battery.

A BIG shout out to Enrique for being patient & welcoming while I got my GET OUT PASS to load 😅 I have 3 kids ages ranging from 6yrs old -15 months old. And they enjoyed every second of Mt playmore ! The toddler space was soo fun and interactive for my little one. I love how it’s big and spacious yet we can see the kids all the time. But my favorite thing was the family restrooms ! It has a small toilet & sink apt-able for kids who are potty training !!!
