Munroe always provides me with top-notch service every time in bring my Ducati in there! The team at this shop is super cool, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They treat my bike with the same care they’d give their own, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Their service dept always has my bike back to me quickly, they have fair pricing, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to trust with my motorcycle. Highly recommend if you’re in the Bay Area!

Everyone I dealt with at Munroe was polite, informative, and professional. All my questions were answered and needs were met. They ride and it shows! They all seem to enjoy working there as well which always makes everything better!

The work done on my bike was excellent. They kept me up to date on the repair progress and there was no surprise fees at the end. My bike feels brand new every time I get it back from Monroe Motors. I will not take my bike anywhere else. In a world of scammers, these guys are legit!

I highly recommend shopping with Munroe Motors. From the start of the buying process, Andy was able to quickly provide a quote and transparent on the price breakdown. No other charges were added when I decided to buy. Danny was extremely helpful. He was able to provide all info of the bike specs and took the time to weigh in on the pros and cons and made sure the bike fit my riding expectations. He did so while not pushing anything and had my best interests in mind. He even brought some keychains and stickers for my boys. Overall, it’s a great shop and interacted with good upstanding dudes, Danny and Andy. I encourage anyone interested in getting a bike to visit them. You’ll be in good hands.
