MVM movers were the nicest hard-working guys! Charles, Jay, Socrates, Jamonte, and Zac were awesome. They moved super heavy stuff cheerfully in frigid cold.

Charles and his crew were absolutely fantastic. We had a big job and a time crunch to get it done and these guys rose to the challenge. I would highly recommend this company but more specifically ask for Charles and his guys. They took pride in their work and they cared about getting the job done quickly but also carefully.
The MVM team who assisted me with scheduling was very helpful, and the movers were great to work with! They went above and beyond, offering their help with things that I didn't even think of. MVM charges by the hour, and the movers were very cognizant (on their own!) of making sure they completed everything within the timeframe I was quoted. They actually wrapped up under time, so I paid a little less than I thought the total would be! I would def call them again if I ever need moving assistance in the future :)
Reference#464081 Review of MVM Moving & Storage It’s been a week since MVM Moving & Storage moved us from our home of 29 years. The two movers were polite, courteous, and impressively efficient in transporting our furniture and boxes. Their speed and professionalism during the move itself were commendable. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reassembly of our furniture. Several issues emerged in the days following the move: • 📺 Television Installation: I noticed my TV was crooked. Upon inspection, I discovered that one of the four mounting bolts on the legs was missing. It’s sheer luck the leg didn’t collapse, which would have destroyed the television. • 🛏️ Bed Assembly: I had clearly marked the split queen boxspring and mattress to indicate left/right and head/foot, and gave instructions on how to reassemble the bed. Despite this, the bed was incorrectly assembled. On the first night, it made unfamiliar noises, and there was a 3-inch gap between the boxspring and the side rails—no proper side support. The next day, while cleaning our old home, I found numerous nuts, bolts, and washers on the carpet where the bed had been. It was alarming to realize that key hardware had been left behind, and the headboard was barely attached. I had to purchase a new bedframe installation kit to properly secure everything. • 🪑 Damaged Furniture: One of our living room end tables was badly damaged. A corner support column was destroyed. Rather than deal with an insurance claim, I spent two days repairing it myself with clamps and glue. My son, who had previously used MVM and paid for this move, generously tipped each mover $100. I’ll say this: one of them earned it. The other—responsible for dismantling and reassembling—did not. In summary, MVM Moving & Storage did an excellent job with the physical move itself. However, they failed to properly reinstall several pieces of furniture and caused damage that required time, effort, and additional expense to fix.
