I had an old piece that belonged to my grandparents that was in really rough condition. My heart couldn’t let it go and I wanted to try to preserve it as best I could. Many places wouldn’t even try to help me fix it when I reached out as an inquiry. Kevin not only took on this project, but he and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I’m unbelievably happy to be able to share this with my children and to keep it in the family for generations. It wouldn’t be possible without Kevin and his team of experienced repair professionals. This has been such a memorable journey. It’s so beautiful and the details are absolutely stunning. Kevin, I won’t forget you and thank you again for giving me this memory to last generations. Fantastic work! I had ottomans repaired twice by a different company and they kept sagging in the center within weeks after the repair. SIX months ago Sounder’s repaired my ottomans and they STILL ARE SOLID. The owner came to my house himself and is a very nice guy. Great work from a great company!! Update: 1 year later and still solid! Kevin Souder fixed my ottomans and his work lasts! No sagging!!

I had a terrific experience working with Kevin. His upholsterer did a fantastic job. Kevin kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated how he does his pricing. He picked up and returned the two chairs and ottoman.

Very easy to work with. Had some old dining table chair. One was totally in peices. They did a great job putting them back together. Very satisfied with results.

Absolutely Outstanding!! I called them up about my favorite rocker recliner needing fixed. they repaired it WAY quicker than anticipated and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be taking any furniture I need fixed here in the future. great price, excellent service, could not have gotten a better experience :-)
