Today was my first time visiting Left Bank. Overall, wonderful experience throughout my one hour evening visit. I was fitted for glasses & contact lenses. The staff is friendly, patient & very kind. Dr. Kim was informative, provided options and very helpful. I will be returning and I highly recommend!

Personal approach, efficient, great process start to finish, excellent customer service. Dr. Kim has done an amazing job since taking over. Highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for a new eye doctor and scrolling through these reviews, you’ve found your new place! I couldn’t say enough good things about this office. I’ve come here for a couple years and I have been taken care of every time, leaving confidently about everything we discussed and decisions I’ve made when looking at eye care, glasses and contacts. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, informed and taken care of. They’re all attentive and listen with intention, no matter how silly questions might seem. Everyone is friendly and professional. The GM Christy and Dr Kim, along with their staff, are absolutely amazing. Booking and filling out your paper work is easy and seamless. No long wait times. The office is always neat and tidy. The customer service that they provide feels like an experience vs just another transaction. You won’t be disappointed!
