Called these guys and set up an appointment for my truck. They gave me a reasonable quote. We proceeded with the work. Super easy to deal with. They are very accommodating, since I am working out of town. They did a fantastic job. Would call them again if I need something done to my truck. Thank you for the great service.

This is an honest review and an honest reflection of how I felt when I saw my car being driven by someone else. This is not meant to ruin your business, but a reminder that this should never happen without clear communication and consent. I felt very uncomfortable, and I hope this doesn’t happen to any other customer in the future. Positive note: All the employees were nice, especially Nic and the mechanic who worked on my car. You said yourself that you didn’t have an available vehicle to pick me up, so you used my own car. This must have been communicated to me, not assumed. I’ve been sending my vehicles for service for decades, and never in my life has this happened, nor have I heard of it happening to anyone I know. What you’re saying is complete BS. The trip from Outletmall to your shop took 25 minutes due to traffic, and the return should be about the same. My estimate of around an hour is correct. I’ve seen your shop and your manpower, and we both know you don’t have enough staff to test drive every vehicle you repair. That claim is also BS. For decades, when I’ve had my car serviced, the usual process is: repair, return the car to the owner, and come back only if an issue arises. No test drives are done by the shop. Because of this, your response earns another 1-star from me. I will never return to your shop, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. ************************ I brought my car in only for a check engine light, and I was very uncomfortable that after the repair, they used my own vehicle to pick me up from the shop without informing me beforehand. I do not allow anyone to drive my personal car without my clear consent. Even if the reason was to “test drive” the vehicle, this should have been clearly mentioned and approved in advance. What made this worse is that the drive was not a short 10-minute trip—it was close to an hour of driving after the repair. This raises serious concerns, including the possibility that other stops or drop-offs may have been made along the way, which I was never informed about. I have never heard of a repair shop using a customer’s car this way without permission. That is also why there is a 30-day warranty—so the owner can test the car after the repair. This should have been discussed and given as an option, not assumed. The lack of communication and respect for customer boundaries made this a very disappointing experience.

Went in for a muffler and resonator delete and I had called before to ask what the price would be and they had said it would be around $300- $400. I booked an appointment and was super excited to get it done but when the bill arrived I was suprised that their estimate was off and I was billed almost double the price I was told to expect ended up paying $760. I am young and i feel like they felt they could get some extra bucks from me. The welds were not the best but they did the job and it ended up sounding good but I am just really disappointed in the pricing aspect of things. It was a simple job and shouldn't have costed more than $500 my buddy got the same job from another place for hundreds of dollars less.

I was referred to Maxim Muffler by someone from another shop who told me it was the best place for anything exhaust-related, and he was right! I booked an appointment for Wednesday morning, and decided to drop it off Tuesday after work—rather than wait for my appointment time, since they had capacity, they fixed it Tuesday evening and I was able to pick it up by 5:45 same day. Amazing service, great price, and the car sounds so much better!

Visited the shop for my first time today to get an oil change for my car. Man, what a breath of fresh air this place is! Great customer service, excellent communication, and a trustworthy vibe overall. After my experience today, I will only ever service my vehicles here. They under promised and over delivered on everything and left me feeling comfortable and satisfied about their standards and quality of service. Thanks everyone for your wonderful service! You've got a life long customer here!
