I got air in my tires today at a co-op but the psi didn’t go up on my dash/psi reading. I didn’t know what went wrong. I called the St James location and a nice guy said I could just pop in after work. The same guy was there when I went in, he grabbed his hat and came out and checked all my tires and inflated them for me! He said there was no cost. That was so nice, I wish I caught his name. Thank you for helping me today!

I was driving from Kenora to Winnipeg the other day and my drivers side windshield wiper was not connected properly. Whenever I went to use washer fluid my drivers side wiper was not wiping away the fluid correctly leaving my windshield difficult to see out of, which resulted in me having to stop at every gas station along the way to wash the windows manually with a squeegee. Then as I was arriving in Winnipeg I went to spray my washer fluid and my drivers side wiper flew off my vehicle leaving a mess of washer fluid on my window and greatly affecting my visibility. Luckily I was able to pull into a gas station pretty quickly on Fermor to manually wash the windshield again. When I arrived at Kal Tire on St. James in Winnipeg it was getting close to closing time and they were able to fit me in. I dealt with Andrew Larkins, he was professional, helpful and efficient with helping me to chose a wiper for my drivers side and have it installed. It was very affordable and gave me instant peace of mind knowing that my wipers would function properly on my drive home from the city. I would definitely go to this Kal Tire in the future for any of the services that they provide.

Update*** Manager Carl, was very nice & respectful. Contacted me back promptly & resolved the issue quickly. So I change the star rating from 2 stars to 4. 2 hours & 30 mins & $140 to change 3 winter tires. Very disappointed, no discount for the inconvenience or resolution. Been a loyal customer for years, won't be coming back.

Over the past few years, I’ve spent thousands at Kal Tire and I’ve recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Today I visited Kal Tire as I had to replace rusted out Lugs (became pitted and lost their integrity) they sold me a few years ago as part of a purchase of new Winter tires and rims. They would not offer me any discount for the replacement Lug purchase! I will no longer support Kal Tire as a result.

Great branch to deal with. The staff is very knowledgeable of the service that they are offering. I've had costly issues over the years trying to get an alignment after a leveling kit was installed on my truck by other branches and there competitors but this service was preformed perfectly, on time and very reasonable on price. The truck looks great and drives straight as an arrow. Thank you
