When we toured homes he was through in reviewing the property and helped us look beyond the shiny upgrades to see potential issues or quality upgrades. He was extremely patient with us and worked around our schedules as we had a newborn and sometimes we had to change plans last minute. When we found our new home Nathan supported us through the process, providing updates and keeping us on schedule so we could close on time. He also went above and beyond to help us find contractors and tradespeople who could help us with repairs and upgrades we wanted to make so we could get the work completed before we moved in. At the end of the process when we ran into issues with the sellers trying to renegotiate terms of our contract, Nathan was on vacation, and even though we were in great hands with his partner, he continued to support us and troubleshoot things from Europe to make sure we met our deadlines and everything went smoothly. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process of buying a home, which Nathan was always more than happy to work with us on, and was always very capable of providing thorough and thoughtful answers, as well as good advice and guidance on the more fluid parts of the home buying process. Additionally, late in the process, while we were wrapping up the purchase of the house with Nathan’s very excellent business partner while Nathan was out on vacation, the sellers came back with a whole list of unexpected challenges to the deal, and Nathan was on the phone with us resolving issues despite being in Europe at the time. His commitment to getting deals closed and to get what is right for his clients is absolutely remarkable – he will make sure that you get the best deal possible.

I can’t say enough about how pleased you’ll be if you choose Nathan to help you buy or sell your home. After looking at a few houses without finding the one, he assured me that he’d help us find the right place whether it took a month or a year. (Thankfully, we figured out what we wanted a lot faster than that.)
