Nathan is an amazing realtor. He is knowledgeable, patient, and provides exemplary customer service. My husband and I were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions about the process. Nathan answered every one of them with confidence and educated us so that we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to what we wanted in a home and our hobbies and lifestyle and was able to provide us with a personalized home search that focused on those areas. When we toured homes he was through in reviewing the property and helped us look beyond the shiny upgrades to see potential issues or quality upgrades. He was extremely patient with us and worked around our schedules as we had a newborn and sometimes we had to change plans last minute. When we found our new home Nathan supported us through the process, providing updates and keeping us on schedule so we could close on time. He also went above and beyond to help us find contractors and tradespeople who could help us with repairs and upgrades we wanted to make so we could get the work completed before we moved in. At the end of the process when we ran into issues with the sellers trying to renegotiate terms of our contract, Nathan was on vacation, and even though we were in great hands with his partner, he continued to support us and troubleshoot things from Europe to make sure we met our deadlines and everything went smoothly. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the customer service we received from Nathan. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You definitely won't regret working with him.

Nathan Sherman is an incredible real estate agent! Nathan brings years of experience and expertise on real estate to the table, and can not only help analyze homes to say whether they are a good deal or a good fit for a client, he is also very calm, professional, and reassuring, which helps make the stress of buying a home so much easier to work through. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process of buying a home, which Nathan was always more than happy to work with us on, and was always very capable of providing thorough and thoughtful answers, as well as good advice and guidance on the more fluid parts of the home buying process. Nathan reassured us that he would work with us for as long as it took to find a worthwhile home, whether it be a few weeks or a year – but thankfully we found a home much, much faster than that. What’s also very helpful is, Nathan has connections to a wide variety of contractors, so if your house needs inspections, repairs, or more, he has great recommendations for tradesmen and women who provide excellent work. Nathan’s commitment to working through challenges in the home buying process is nothing short of amazing – in our case, we had some difficulties with the sellers at various points in the process, including initial negotiations, which Nathan was very great at providing advice on. Additionally, late in the process, while we were wrapping up the purchase of the house with Nathan’s very excellent business partner while Nathan was out on vacation, the sellers came back with a whole list of unexpected challenges to the deal, and Nathan was on the phone with us resolving issues despite being in Europe at the time. His commitment to getting deals closed and to get what is right for his clients is absolutely remarkable – he will make sure that you get the best deal possible.

I can’t say enough about how pleased you’ll be if you choose Nathan to help you buy or sell your home. After looking at a few houses without finding the one, he assured me that he’d help us find the right place whether it took a month or a year. (Thankfully, we figured out what we wanted a lot faster than that.) He was patient, answered all our questions, and provided great insight into the condition of the houses we were viewing, the quality of renovations done and what to look for and check up on in the inspection reports. When it came time to make an offer, he provided just the right kind of guidance to help us feel confident in the amount and terms of our offer. Stop reading reviews and give Nathan a call, you can’t do any better.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nathan! As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous and overwhelmed by the whole process. Nathan quickly put our worries at ease with his professionalism, preparedness, and extensive knowledge. He was extremely patient with our questions and concerns throughout the process. He listened to what we wanted in a home and kept us updated as new listings came up. When we did find the house that was right for us and had an offer accepted, he was there to support every step of the way. Even after we have moved in, he has been checking up on us and available when we have questions and/or looking for recommendations. We hope to be in our new house for many years to come, but when/if it comes time to find a new house, we would very gladly work with Nathan again!
