He went above and beyond to assist us in our search for a new home in Sacramento, working weekends and all hours to make sure our offer was accepted, and then walking us through the escrow and mortgage applications. We worked closely with Julia and Jasmine, and not only are they friendly and dedicated to their work, they were always available when we needed guidance or had questions (and as first time home buyers, we had many!). I would like to highly recommend Erin Huff for any of your real estate needs. We have been able recently to get through the process of selling our home and buying a new condo to take its place in Sacramento. She used her knowledge of the market to guide us into making the right offer for our sale as well as saving us money on our purchase price of the new property. She was very friendly, understanding of our needs and our timeline. She was always optimistic and calmed our fears when difficulties arose. She jumped in to help to get us through the maze of contractors and inspectors necessary. And she was always available to answer questions day or night. I was referred to Hyrum and Grounded by another realtor who recommended him as one of the top agents in the Sacramento area. Outstanding in all areas. He carefully crafted a bidding frenzy, and sold my home $5000 above listing, cementing the sale among only a tiny % of homes sold above listing in the area! My house needed extensive repairs, but Hyrum knew exactly what to do with every issue. He transformed the whole house into a stunning display. He did this with extremely low discount pricing due to his extensive networks through Grounded and others, and because of his proficiency with contractor issues. There were times when I even observed him intervening with the cleaning and contracting work to ensure the jobs were done right and the process kept moving. For example, I had a dent in my backyard awning, and Hyrum found a vertical standing clamp! Beyond the call of duty, and creative! Hyrum really loves his job, and really cares for his clients, and the product he is delivering. Professional and attentive all around. He will go the extra mile. He was always one step ahead, with all the answers and resources needed for my nagging questions.
