Very clean but the machines are poorly maintained. Skeeball works fine, though.

DO NOT PLAY THE CLAW GAMES HERE. TOTAL SCAM. They pack the large machines tightly, so you can’t grab any prizes and the small ones are rigged. It doesn’t matter how many times or how well you can grab a prize. It will still open up and drop it before you can win.

Don't ever give 1 star reviews, but this place deserves it. Attended here with our children in Nov 2025. Bought a $50 card for 350 credits. Tried playing various games for 15 minutes. Games would take our credits, but not work or acknowledge that our card had been scanned. Spent most of the time trying to cheer our kids up because they were upset because the games weren't working. When we brought up our concerns to the front desk, our concerns were dismissed. Ask for a refund for the credits that we didn't use ($40 left on the card). Nope, they couldn't do that. Asked if we could split the remaining credits onto separate cards, so at least we could try to minimize our damages by letting our kids spread out and try and figure out which games worked or didn't. Nope, couldn't do that. Asked to speak to a manager. Nope, couldn't do that. Only 1 staff in the whole building. No notice on any games that they weren't working. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous. Ended up leaving our nearly fully play card on their front counter and walked away. Atrocious customer service. Chuck E Cheese, here we come. Avoid this place and keep your hard earned money.

The kids loved it, but there were not as many good arcade faces as there could have been.

Pay and you can play. Lots of flashing lights and screens to get your attention and spend your money. You play games with bought tokens to win tickets of various amounts to redeem for prizes in the end. It’s clean and well lit. It’s a lot of fun though it can cost you if you’re not careful. There are some older arcade games to play plus some video games.
