I would unfortunately have to join the long list of unhappy almost customers. I was referred to this company by LG and a month later I was STILL waiting to hear back with a date and time only to be told they had attended the property and required an almost $200 fee to come out “again” Spoke with Rodney a few times and was very very disappointed to have to conversation go no where. Absolutely terrible terrible company DO NOT BOTHER! Will be reporting company to the fair work ombudsmen, and I highly recommend we all follow suite so LG will hopefully cancel their contract and find legitimate tradies that can help people, not rob them.

I will just join the rest of the reviews here with the same issues rude, slow and unable to do the repair. LG warranty repair sent this company out to attempt to fix fridge however failed to do so, when phoned up they were very rude on the phone and told me it was fixed, because the job card said it was but I am sitting here looking at a broken fridge, after two month of fighting them to fix it I am still here with a no fridge. If they did not have contracts with big companies warranty repairs surely they would be shut by now

Took $300 cash no receipt to assess my fridge then ghosted me. Never recieved invoice and fridge still not working. If I could do a minus review I would. He should not be in business
