Called up Dave to get my PC repaired. He was courteous and welcoming. He was good enough to give me approximate costs of my suspected problem. On site storefront easy accessible parking on side road or behind store. Inside Dave’s store, we spoke about my problem and he was upfront and honest with me on how long it would take and when it would be available. I was comforted by the amount of stock he had on the shelves and on display that he would have what he needed on hand. My issue was handled the same day and with attention to detail.
