I really like Dr Hagan. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and gets my prescription right. I also like the staff and the fact that I can buy glasses there.
Thank you Newport Avenue Optometry, I had a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and professional; from the check-in clerk, the Optometry technician, the Dr., and the Optician. They were all great. I had a late appointment, and they made sure to provide me with excellent service; I was never made to feel rushed. I will definitely be back for my next annual appointment!
I recently saw Dr. Tran for an eye exam and had an excellent experience. He was professional, patient, and took the time to work through a challenging contact lens fitting. He dedicated considerable effort to finding the right prescription for my needs, and I’m very grateful for his care and expertise.
Been going here for years. Every doctor is patient and kind, they do a great job of explaining everything. I find their frames to be on the spendier side but you can’t beat the customer service. Well worth the extra $$
My insurance provider couldn’t schedule me in enough time to have a much needed appointment and get new glasses before an impending trip. Newport Optometry fit me in within hours, and after a great exam, the staff there really took the time to help find a new pair of glasses. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
