Was my first time it was good just not my thing it was a work xmas party. The staff were really friendly and helped us when needed we found the clues and escaped with 15mins to spare if you like escape rooms this is definitely for you lots going on

Recently my family and I went to this escape room and as someone who has been to multiple escape rooms across the GTA, this one is by far the best! The rooms are so well put together and Maddie, our game master, was incredible! I honestly believe the staff are the ones who really make the experience and as someone who works in costumer service, Maddie has exceeded my expectations and is the main reason for my review. Keep it up Level X escape rooms and I hope to be back soon!

Played their Candyland room recently !!! It’s was Soooooo good !!! There were so many puzzles that stumped us even though they were so simple and plain in sight. The host was nice and taking our feedback about our experience as well as engaging. Will be back to play the rest soon !!! 😁

Super fun escape room. My bf and I came and we failed miserably thankfully the people watching were able to give us clues on the overhead etc; definitely better with more people as more brains are thinking can solve faster. Nonetheless it was so fun and the room was absolutely adorable!!! Would definitely try again with a bigger group

I went here on a random Sunday with my wife and our three boys. There is parking behind the building where you have to drive between the medical building and big b comics. It was a little weird getting in as you walk through the front of a pharmacy and through a side door in a hallway. The waiting room is decent sized with games to play with while you wait. The staff were friendly and let us start a little before our booked time. We did the Tesla time machine room which was very well structured. Our boys were 15,15 and 12 and unfortunately there was no kids rate so I had to pay $35 for all of us which I wasn't overly happy about. Otherwise things were good, they have a decent amount of games to choose from and we will be going back again at some stage 👍
