My experience working with Jessica Carr involved challenges with communication and coordination during the leasing and move-in process. There was confusion regarding key handoff and limited guidance provided at move-in, which required additional time and effort on my end to resolve. Additionally, property tours appeared to be influenced by the agent’s location and availability, which made scheduling and access more difficult than expected. While the situation was eventually handled, clearer communication, better coordination between parties, and more flexibility during the process would have improved the overall experience.

If you are looking for a reputable realty company with experienced agents, professionalism, and great customer service, please do yourself a favor and RUN as far as you can. My husband and I have been dealing with the most unprofessional agent we have ever encountered (Vanesa Soto) in our life. This agent does little to no marketing, her strategies are ineffective, she has POOR communication and will ghost you mid text message communication, especially when she 's lying and can't figure out how to get out of it. This agent switched brokerage firms from NextGen on last month, did not inform us, took it upon herself to update her new broker info in MLS, did not even give us the opportunity to say if wanted to go to the new broker, did not provide a new listing agreement, and when we accidentally discovered what happened, only then did they provide us with a Transfer of Listings document to sign, which was unethically backdated to last month to cover their deceit. No one from NextGen bothered to inform us of anything of the switch as well, As we had already been reaching out to Onyx group regarding concerns with Vanesa, Enrique Buenrostro finally responded and simply wished us luck on a quick sale after casually mentioning via FB Messenger that Vanesa was no longer with Onyx Group/NextGen. We gave them all an opportunity to resolve this matter, but instead, Andrea Tran and Julia Wang declined meeting with us due to me filing a complaint on Vanesa Soto with TREC. Do yourselves a favor and find a reputable real estate broker and agents who are value professionalism and ethics.

Our realtor was Airlia Arreola and she was the absolute best! We were first time home buyers and pretty nervous, but Airlia was super friendly, patient and really took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for. We're pretty particular but she totally nailed it! Every house she showed us felt like a real contender. She was always so quick to respond, kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We found our prefect family home and couldn't recommend her more!

I’m a Navy veteran, and all I wanted after leaving the service was to build a foundation for my future family. That’s why I decided to buy a duplex — something I could take pride in and grow with. Unfortunately, my experience with Norisha (Nori) Johnson, the seller’s agent, has been extremely disappointing. Once the sale was finalized, communication from Nori completely stopped. Before closing, I was told I’d be added to a group chat with the project manager — that never happened until after I left a negative Google review, and all my follow-up calls and texts went unanswered. During the blue-tape walk, water damage was found and later “corrected” before closing. Since then, I’ve discovered several workmanship issues that remain unresolved: kitchen siding installed incorrectly, uneven floors, poor paint quality with specks all over the windows and countertops, and an overall lack of attention to detail. To this day, I still haven’t received my gate openers. Although an inspector was used, none of these problems were caught after the patch work, but they’re clearly visible and documented in photos. After posting my Google review, Nori reached out expressing sympathy and asked me to delete the one-star review in good faith — which I did. We scheduled a meeting at the duplex for Friday, 10/31/2025, at 2:30 PM, and she did not show. I followed up with a detailed text listing every issue, and she rescheduled for Sunday, 11/2/2025, at 5:00 PM — and once again, she did not show. I suffer from anxiety and depression from my time in the military, and this entire situation has only added to my stress. I’m not even the type of person to write reviews, but this needed to be said. Missing one appointment after I deleted my review is disappointing; missing two is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If she’s doing this to me, she sure as hell can do it to you. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. If I could put zero stars I would, but unfortunately one star is the minimum.

I had a very disappointing experience working with Robin Orlando, who acted as the seller’s agent in my recent transaction. From the beginning, it was clear she lacked professionalism and real estate experience. The property listings she managed had poor descriptions and low-quality photos that did not reflect the property well. During the process, she was consistently unresponsive to the buyer’s agent, making communication unnecessarily difficult. She even withheld access to the property for the final walkthrough, only allowing it after she personally disconnected all the utilities. This left the home in poor condition for viewing—dark, uncomfortable, and without proper inspection conditions. When I asked her for basic but important information, such as the location of the water shut-off, she promised to follow up with the seller but never did. Instead, she misrepresented things I said and lied to my agent about our conversations. When I tried to reach out directly for clarification, she became hostile and even resorted to cursing at me. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable from a licensed real estate agent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
