Our transaction with Ashley Burton-Smith went perfectly. She was on top of everything involving the sale of our condominium. She was always very pleasant and responsive to our questions. Professionalism at its best. Great service, listens to all questions, day or evening. Always caring, always giving their time. Found our house using this team. Ashley, was the kindest Broker. So on point. Understood what we wanted right away. Showed us perfect hones, showed us some we wanted to see, to give us different options. Then knew what we wanted. Took us to that home, and we fell in love with it. Walked us through the whole process, step by step. Perfection. Perfection. Great team. The Realty/Broker businesses is hard. Lots of stress. Not once did this team show any stress. Ashley, particularly took the time to walk me through our house we now own, virtually. I was not there, my husband was. I was in Michigan, and she personally walked me through a video of home. Things got done fast. From looking to final sale. Closed exceptionally fast. As stated above perfect Professionalism. .
