Absolutely wonderful florist. We worked with Anna Hu, who we gave some minimal direction and a color palette, and she completely overdelivered. She nailed the look and feel we were hoping for (coastal, lichen, foraged, wild - our boutonnieres even had mushrooms in them!), and she was so warm, friendly, and professional. Would absolutely recommend Nigella and Anna!! I've also ordered bouquets from Nigella for friends, and one of them said that it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received.

It’s honestly the best flower shop in downtown! I have pretty high standards, and this place exceeded my expectations. They have an incredible variety of fresh, beautifully arranged flowers and a true sense of style. The team has amazing taste and is always so kind and helpful — especially Seth, who went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect bouquet. I’m absolutely delighted with what I got and will definitely be coming back!

Ordered a $135 arrangement based on the photos online to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The one I received did not include any exotic flowers featured in the image, even though I specifically requested them in my order. Several flowers were browning and wilting when the arrangement arrived. Lots of carnations and mums, not worth the money. I sent an email to the florist that same evening and they have yet to respond.

I've been to Nigella Flower Shop for months, and I would say it is the best flower shop in the Bay Area. Everyone working there is amazing, and they have an exceptional sense of taste. I've been working in the design industry for 8 years, and this place can handle any flower creation. They don't just make things 'pretty'; they create pieces of art. I especially want to give a special thank you to Seth, who created my flower arrangements.
