I was truly impressed by this store. The clothing quality is excellent, and every piece feels carefully made with attention to detail. The item I bought looks even more beautiful after ironing — the fabric stayed smooth and elegant. The staff were very polite, professional, and welcoming. They offered great advice and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values style and good service.

Nimble needle tailoring is the best tailoring service in Ottawa. They worked on my very complicated wedding dress last minute and it was perfect. He gave very good advice on my over skirt and does exactly what I ask him to do unless it’s not possible. I highly recommend them.

Really happy with the service here! I brought in a couple of things that needed altering, and they did a great job — everything fits perfectly now. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and they got the work done pretty quickly too. It’s nice to find a tailor who actually listens to what you want and makes it happen without any hassle. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need anything adjusted or fixed up. Highly recommend!

My experience bringing in a suit jacket for alterations: - First, it wasn’t ready the day *after* it was scheduled to be picked up - they still had to sew on the sleeve buttons - They bring it out but it only has 3 of the 4 buttons on each sleeve. - They bring it out again with 4 buttons, but they were unevenly spaced and too close to the seam edge - I sent it back twice for this but they were unable to correct the distance from the seam and seemed confused by what I was asking. And not related to my items, but when I was waiting to pick up they had lost the items of the person ahead of me in line. Overall just poor quality and service.

Lived up to the hype! I bought a shirt/jacket recently that was nice but just happened to be too big, so I started searching around for the best tailoring options considering the fabric seemed hard to work with. Found nimble needle and checked the reviews and since they were so good, I thought I'd give them a try. So I brought the jacket in and explained what I needed done (shortening, hemming, slimming etc.) and they understood and told me it'd be ready in about a week. Definitely a "premium" price but I'd rather pay for quality work and I did have quite a few things to adjust. I later came back to pick it up and the sizing was now perfect! Just exactly what I needed to be honest. Very happy with their work and will return if I need any other tailoring jobs.
