I come to NINE TWO FIVE Watch Repairs and Jewellery Repairs to get my watch wristbands and batteries replaced, as well as to replicate keys. The owner, Andrew, is super kind and chill, and I really appreciate his service. Definitely recommend coming here for watch, jewellery, and key services.

Amazing service! The owner of the store fixed a minor thing on my watch without charging me at all. He gave me an excellent service. I will definitely go back!

Andrew’s decades of experience show as he knows exactly what he’s doing! As a bonus he happens to be a great guy.

I've been going here for years for Fobs, Key cutting, Watch replacements, Jewelry repairs, etc. And have never had any issues. The owner is honest (he would tell me when cost to repair outwiegh cost of item, but still offer to repair if sentimental value), works quick and takes great care in everything you bring him. As I was searching for the hours I noticed a 1 star review and had to respond to the ridiculous review. So if I understand your review clearly from YOUR words... you were bargaining and he refused your offer so because of that you say he has "racial bias" (which is questionable because he's brown as well and I've personally witnessed him to service people of backgrounds over the years with polite friendliness) then you leave a bad review because he refused to work on your watches, and rightfully so. You're PATHETIC Parijat Prashun Purohit to try and ruin a small business' reputation over $5. He's been there for 35+ years for a reason and as petty as your review is it will not make a dent in his loyal customer following.
