TL:DR Great party spot - had a fun time We recently visited Nordik Spa-Nature Chelsea, and while there were definite positives, the overall experience fell short of what we expected for a spa focused on relaxation. The installations are genuinely beautiful. The site is well designed, visually impressive, and pleasant to move through. The food was also quite good overall—better than expected—although one salad we ordered was runny, which was disappointing given the price point. What really impacted our experience, however, was the atmosphere. Despite the spa being clearly divided into silent zones, whispering zones, and more talkative areas, the noise level felt consistently high throughout the site. Many spaces meant for quiet did not feel calm at all, and conversations easily carried from one area to another. At times, it felt more like a lounge than a true wellness retreat. What’s most confusing is the lack of enforcement. The rules are clearly posted, and the zoning concept itself makes sense—but it simply isn’t applied. We’ve been to other spas where quiet is the norm: if you’re there, you lower your voice, and if you want to talk, you move to a dedicated area. Nordic has this structure in place, but without enforcement, it loses its purpose. With clearer oversight, this could easily be a much more relaxing experience.
It was great! The staff were very nice, and having unlimited towels and robes was a big plus—especially since they get wet quickly. Personally, the relaxation areas were a bit cold. Being wet from the spas made it hard to stay warm, and some areas were closed (like the yurts). Overall, it was relaxing and enjoyable, but a little too expensive for what we experienced compared to other spas we’ve visited that was less expensive.
✨ Absolutely amazing spa experience! Nordik Spa is a true paradise for relaxation. My favorite spots were the meditation room, silent jacuzzi, and the yurt banyas — incredibly peaceful and calming. The Russian banya was excellent too. The atmosphere is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with wonderful aromas and unique spa rituals like mustard and chocolate. All of this at very reasonable prices. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!
I had the pleasure to visit the Nordik Chelsea Spa for marriage anniversarie and it was simply amazing! The atmosphere, the experience the place were top! The restaurant was even special because the food was extremely amazing! The saunas, the hot water....the view are superb! At the restaurante we had the Brie to start. My friends that was the best of all!! Also the steak and the gnochi were amazing. I want to go back and repeat each one of them!!! Don't miss the chance to visit the Nordik Spa because you won't regret!!! Nordik team, keep the great work!!!
I went to this spa with my mom today for my birthday. easy to say it exceeded my expectations & was genuinely one of the best birthdays i have had. the spa is beautiful. the specialists that did our facials were well versed & talented. As well to top it off the GM im assuming asked us how we were doing, made our hearts warm & bought us our hot chocolates and surprise dessert. I really appreciated my day here & would highly recommend to anyone :)
