The girl behind the counter is amazing, the mechanics are honest and their prices are fair. I usually have my husband or dad bring my car in, however I always felt super comfortable coming to service my car here. I still consult my dad on every estimate for work prior to agreeing, and everything they have ever come back with that needs repairs is dad-approved.

There's a reason these guys are just a smidge off from a full 5 stars. Second time I've taken a car to them for repair. I've had the car since 60k miles (now at ~130k in 9 years) and have only had work done at the dealership (a few recall repairs, a carbon cleaning & a water pump) aside from oil/filter changes every 4-5k miles. I'd let a mechanic that's a family friend that I've known since childhood do some work on my car that didn't exactly go as planned. Had my car towed over and Jason took care of me! No price gouging, he gets straight to the point of what the issues are, what's needed and gets it done. Car is running great and ready to sit in the driveway in comfort since I work from home most days. I've also referred some friends over based on my first encounter with this shop a little over a decade ago and they're also always extremely satisfied with the level of service. 10/10 would recommend every time!

Jason is the absolute best. I have taken my car here for a few years since moving back to San Diego and he is so honest, won’t have you shell out a lot of money just in hopes that it will solve the problem. I can always call him for advice on my car and he is so genuinely knowledgeable whenever he services the car. Sam in the office is also the best and she is so professional and kind and will give you honest pricing and advice whenever you call. 10/10 would recommend!

I have a 2008 Pontiac that went into limp mode with the check engine light on after driving it to San Diego from Washington state. The local GM dealer would not work on a car this old. Called North Park because they’re located near my daughter’s apartment and had positive reviews. The reviews are true! They agreed to diagnose the problem that day, identified the issue, Jason called me and explained fuel pump had failed, sent me a pic of the failed pump and explained why, I approved a replacement, they ordered new pump and installed it next day. This was the best car service experience I have ever had and the final bill was exactly to the same as original estimate for the repair. Great shop and honest people I was really impressed.
