Our experience at Ocean Ave Vet has been fantastic each time we've taken our 10 year old dog there. All of the staff we've interacted with have been wonderful - they are patient, provide various options for care, and even check in on our pup after his visits. For our first visit, the vet who saw him came in for his follow up visit, even though it was her day off, to check on him. Plus, their hours and availability are better than most other offices.

thank you OAVH! i switched to OAVH from another Vet for my cats tumor removal. through this very scary experience, i felt valued and cared for. all of the team is caring, communicative, responsive (via email and phone during recovery!), professional, and reasonably priced. highly recommend, and Dr Fady demonstrates incredible competency.

Grateful Ocean Avenue Veterinary Hospital The service from all the staff was great. Many thanks to Dr. Kim. 👍👍👍👍👍 My cat injured its hind leg in an accident. I went to the animal hospital for help. The front desk staff quickly arranged for a veterinarian to examine the injury. My cat needs five stitches, and I need to come back 14 days later to have the stitches removed. Throughout the entire process, the service attitude of all the staff was excellent. I was very satisfied with the professional service and explanation of the veterinarian. My cat has recovered. Thank you again! DR. Kim only ( Wednesday and Thursday ) work . 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

LOOKING for a Pet Hospital? Here it is! My 18 1/2 year old half Min Pin half Chihuahua, was very sick and I needed a vet on a Sunday! I’m in Daly City and Ocean Avenue is only a few stops away. I called but they were on the phone so didn’t pick up. I kept calling other vets trying to find an appt. They let me know they were open and ready to help. I called back and got an appt. Got parking right in front. Waiting room is clean and spacious. A flat screen plays a movie to keep you occupied. The staff and kind and helpful. Three receptionists working to keep the flow going. The nurse and doctor put me at ease right away. Patient and kind. Even offering bottled water. Doctor listened and gave me advise. After the exam the nurse came and explained the statement and offered options. My favorite was the liquid antibiotic AND offering me Probiotics for Lucy. Update: Lucy is back to normal. Her sick poop is back to normal, she is eating and walking around like before. The office also texted me to check on her progress.

We have been taking our cats here for many years. Extremely impressed with the care and love shown by the staff. We usually see Dr Fady and he is great. I would recommend this vet. Procedures are explained clearly and the pricing is fair.
