Our garage refrigerator went down when we were out of town. It was recommended from a friend to go to Oliver Dyer. We went to a few other places prior. We told Dave what we were exactly looking for. We literally spent 15 minutes in the store before purchasing a new unit. I will return and recommend Oliver Dyer.

My experience started in May of 2025 when we ordered a $11000.00 built in refrigerator over the phone. We had done business with Oliver Dyers numerous times before so we didn’t even go in the store for a replacement. Our first service call was within the first 30 days. After 5 service calls I asked for a replacement. Not a refund a replacement because the freezer was completely thawing one time a day. Harry the store manager was rude and completely uncaring. It took numerous calls to the store to even get him on the phone only to find out I was on my own to deal with KitchenAid. It’s January 2026 and I still don’t have a working refrigerator. We will never shop with Oliver Dyer again.

Your salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not push any unnecessary dishwasher i was shopping for. The entire staff ,all 3 gents were helpful, polite and cared about me personally and my needs. I was given several options and I chose the proper dishwasher for me. My oven stooped working 3 weeks before Christmas. I was able to get a great price and very good customer service from Ben at Oliver Dyer’s. I had researched the model that I wanted so we were able to complete the transaction completely by text. Ben was very helpful and answered all of my questions. If the delivery and set up go as smoothly as the purchase, I will be very happy.

We purchased a. New washer. When they delivered it they damage the door and it needed repair. We told them we wanted one that hasn't been damage. So they delivered another one. After we had the unit for a week, it quit working. They said they would pull parts off another unit to repair it. Again we said we wanted one that doesn't need repair. We bought new. They sent the repair man. Who was excellent. He address the problem. During this we put a hold on the credit card transaction. And ask the Mgr to call us. We stop by store and ask him to plz call us. They said he would after vacation. Finally 2 months later the mgr called . He was hateful to my wife. So she handed me the phone and he was extremely rude. Treated me badly not like a customer. He could careless if we were happy with the service
